There are no Returns on any New items

Florida residents add 6.5% sales tax to order.

For domestic orders, shipping is $13 for the first doll, plus $2.00 for each additional doll shipped in the same order. Larger dolls may cost between $14 and $15 for the first plus $2-3.00 for each additional doll. All shipping charges are approximates and you will be charged or credited for any differences in shipping.  All domestic orders that are sent through UPS are insured, however, more expensive items may require additional charges for insurance.  We ship using the Post Office and UPS.   Orders being shipped to PO boxes must be sent through the post office as UPS does not deliver to them. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us of all address changes.  If a package has to be rerouted due to an incorrect shipping address, a $10 charge will be incurred to the customer.  This is the amount that UPS charges so we have no control over it.  A list of the shipping methods and transit times are listed below for your reference.  We are not responsible for any delays in shipping as we have no control over the package once it leaves here. 
Changes to Delivery Address - Changes to delivery address may cause a $10.00 fee to be added to your if the address provided is an inaccurate address or you have the delivery forwarded to an alternate address.
Priority Mail - This is usually a 3-5 day service for most areas.
Express Mail - This is usually an overnight service, although it does not have a guaranteed delivery time. 
UPS Ground - Transit time for this service depends on the destination but is usually 5-8 business days.
UPS 3rd Day Air - This service takes 3 business days. 
UPS 2nd Day Air - This service takes 2 business days. 
UPS Next Day Air - This is an overnight service and is guaranteed by the end of the next business day.
Saturday Delivery - This service is available on air packages in most areas for a $25 extra charge.  Please include in your special instructions if you would like this option.

For international orders, shipping is determined by weight.  Because of the size limitation for the boxes, larger orders may need to be shipped in multiple boxes requiring additional shipping charges.  We will do everything possible to keep your shipping costs down, however, we will not sacrifice the safety of your dolls to do this.  We are not responsible for any duties incurred by customs.  Below is a list of services that we use to ship internationally.  International orders are not automatically insured, so you must select that option at the time of checkout.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged orders that are not insured.

Express Mail - This is normally an overnight service; however, it can take up to 5 business days in some areas. This service is the only international service that can be tracked.

They also changed the actual shipping methods too.  Airmail, Global Priority mail and Economy Parcel Post will now be shipped through Priority Mail International.  Economy mail will now be called First Class International mail and is only available for small packages that weight under 4 pounds.  Airmail Letter Post and Economy Letter Post will be shipped through First-Class Mail International.  For First Class mail; it’s now $0.79 for Canada and Mexico and $0.98 for all other countries.  Priority mail for U.S. orders has also been raised.  The new Flat Rate for Priority envelopes has gone up $0.55 and the Flat Rate Priority Box has gone up $0.85.  The cost of letters sent through First Class mail in the U.S. is now $0.45.  Normally, international Priority mail packages start at about $28-29.00.  Express mail usually starts about $35.00.

How Long will it take for my order to ship out? - Most items will ship out within three business days (monday-friday), Nothing will ship on Saturday or Sunday.

When will I receive my order? - If you ordered an in stock item you should receive them within 5-10 Business days, if you are in the US.  It may take longer for International orders.

Ordering Information

You may trust us when we say that your confidential information is completely safe using our secure online server.  Whenever you are ordering from a secure server you will see a small padlock appear on the bottom of your screen, this lets you know that your information is safe and secure.  This feature will only appear once you reach the screen asking for your credit card information.  Of course if you still don't feel comfortable, you can just give us a call and place your order right over the phone. 

We do have a five day return policy on all Vintage.  So if within five days after you've received it you are not completely satisfied, call us and let us know you would like to return an item for a store credit or refund. An item must be returned in the same manner it was shipped, or full credit may not be issued.   We do not refund shipping costs. We do not offer returns on any layaway items. 

We do offer a layaway plan which is one half down and one half in 30 days on items over $150.00. Larger purchases can be worked out. There are no returns on layaway items.  If you default on your layaway your deposit will be forfeited. Sale Items can not be put on layaway.
Store Credits are valid for 190 days after the date given.  After this period, they will be forfeited and no refund can be given.

There are No Returns or Exchanges on NRFB, MIB, New Barbie dolls, Bargain Basement, Sale Items, Books, Magazines, Layaways or Adult Clothing.  There is a 20% restocking fee.

PREORDERS
A deposit is required for every doll being placed on preorder.  The deposit amount will vary from doll to doll, and is usually listed next to the item. There are no refunds/credits of deposits.  If you choose to cancel your pre order you will forfeit the deposit.

Preorder items are shipped out as they are arrive into stock.  We do try to ship items together when possible, but this generally does not happen as most of them come in at different times.  We cannot hold items to be shipped together only because we do not have the facilities to do so.
When the item comes into stock it automatically gets charged the balance plus shipping and then it is sent out.  You may put in your special instructions to notify you when the item ships.

It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us of any change in their address, phone number, or credit card information.  In the event that we are unable to contact you, it may result in the cancellation of the entire order and a forfeiture.

My package arrived Damaged and/or missing some items.  What should I do? - Contact us immediately so that we can best remedy the situation.

Are your dolls New? - Yes all of the newer dolls are New in original boxes. All vintage dolls are obviously not new in box and there descriptions give details on their condition.
